Order Delivery Policy
We will endeavour to dispatch your order within one business day of payment being received. Email confirmation of your order receipt and dispatch will be sent to the email address provided.

Orders within New Zealand
Orders within New Zealand are sent by tracked courier with Courier Post. Overnight delivery is available to some North Island locations. Delivery to rural addresses may take a little longer.

This is a non-signature required service, however if you would like to request your parcel to be signature required, please just send us a message to let us know and we can add this service at no extra cost.

International Orders
Orders outside of New Zealand are sent by Registered Mail with NZ Post.
Expect delivery within 7-10 working days. This is not a tracked service. Refer NZ Post website for more details here.

Shipping Terms

Although we will endeavour to meet delivery timeframes where possible, all delivery timeframes are estimates only and we will not be liable for any loss, expense, or other damage caused by any delay in delivery.

During the month of December slight delays can occur due to seasonal demand on shipping.

If, within 30 days of receiving your order you're not 100% satisfied with the your purchase, just return any un-opened product and we will refund your purchase price in full... no questions asked.

3. Once we have received the returned product your full purchase will be refunded.

  • Refunds will be made to your credit card if original payment was made via PayPal. If your payment was processed by online bank transfer, please return with email confirmation or invoice copy, including your bank account number for refund to be processed promptly.

  • Return shipping charges are not refundable.

  • Only one return per person/household will be honoured.

  • Please allow up to five (5) business days from the date we receive your return for processing. We recommend shipping your return by courier for tracking purposes as we cannot be responsible for items that never reach our location, or do not include customer information.
